1. Mutual Non-Disclosure Protection
We sign binding mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with all international clients prior to receiving confidential dielines, formulations, or unreleased product launches.
2. Proprietary Tooling Ownership
Custom electronic gravure cylinders, custom die-cut blades, and proprietary sealing molds paid for by the client remain the exclusive intellectual property of the purchasing brand.
