1. Collection of Project Information

When you request a quotation, packaging dieline, or sample kit, we collect business contact details (name, email, company, shipping destination) and technical specifications (dimensions, barrier film requirements, dieline art). This data is strictly utilized to compute manufacturing feasibility, cost estimates, and export logistics.

2. Protection of Customer Artwork & Proprietary Formulas

All brand artwork files (vector AI, PDF, dielines) and proprietary packaging structural recipes provided by clients are treated as strictly confidential trade secrets. We never share, publish, or sell customer packaging artwork or client logos without explicit written authorization.

3. Data Security & Contact
